I have been studying Ed Parker's American Kenpo Karate with Mr. Ronemus for five years.
Training with Mr. Ronemus has helped me to set and accomplish goals both mentally and physically.
Kenpo has given me the opportunity to meet many interesting people and make new friends. I look forward to continuing my training with Mr. Ronemus and staying an active instructor for the children and adult classes
